The Garage Gym at Rock Sports Arena is a full service athletic training center geared to servicing our internal Rock Sports Arena clubs like roller derby and volleyball as well as the surrounding Round Rock Texas community.
The Garage Gym is under new management focused on offering a full health and wellness experience as well as sport specific athletic training.
What's new you ask? We put on a second level and shifting all of our cardio equipment upstairs giving our patrons a birds-eye view of the amateur sports happening in the facility. The increase in space also brings new equipment, a turf sled and tire flip area, a cross training area and many other updates to come.
Our motto at The Garage Gym is NO FUSS, NO FEES, JUST FITNESS. We will be displaying our rate packages soon.
For our current members nothing has changed. Your 24/7 key tags will work just as before and you will be able to experience all the new and exciting things to come without missing a day of fitness.
