We are open to the public for skating Monday - Friday from 12:00PM-5:00PM.
Public Open Skate is open Monday-Friday, however we are a small family owned business and occasionally, we have to close Open Skate or open at a later time. To stay up to date on what is going on, check out our event calendar (https://therocksportsarena.com/event-calendar ).
There is a $8 skate admission fee and a $2 skate rental fee if you need skates. There is no admission fee for non-skaters.
Yes, everyone skating must have a waiver filled out. If the skater is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must fill one out.
Any age is welcomed to come and skate. Kids 3 & under skate for free. Our skates sizes go down to a toddler size 7c and the largest size is 13 mens.
The smallest size we have is a toddler size 7c. The largest is a men size 13.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own. Our floor is a sport court, so indoor or outdoor wheels are okay.
We have a limited amount of rollerblades as a majority of our rental inventory are roller skates.
We do not allow any outside food or drinks. However, you are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle.
We do not have the skate helpers. Our floor is not your traditional hardwood floors. They are more of a hard plastic. This makes them not as slippery and easier for beginner skaters. We do have different areas on the rink with supportive wall for new skaters to hold on too.
The rink floor is a "sport court". The material is a hard plastic. This isn't as "slippery" as the traditional hardwood floors.
